The story of the war painter is about going into the darker parts of life and being able to create something beautiful from what many people cannot handle in the first place. The War Painter goes to the places that no one else goes and allows whatever is there to pass through his “filter” and present itself out onto the canvas. It’s his perspective and ability to move/shift emotions that gives him the skill of taking the negative and transfer it into the positive.

Today’s video blog is all about how to effectively and successfully work with your negative emotions. Instead of running from them, blocking them out, or pretending they don’t exist…get skilled in allowing them in, accepting them as they are, and becoming curious about what they are trying to teach you.
